Challenge:
  • Multiple user profiles different tasks and language
  • Several stakeholders.
  • Creation of the first time responsive experience
  • Negotiate institutional category names to create user friendly ones. 

Learning points:
  • Manage user research in all product stages.
  • Use of Design Thinking methodologies with more than 50 people at a time.
  • Improve pedagogy of deliveries like sitemaps and wireframes.
  • Atomic design application, using 8 templates to represent a full website.

Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana

Challenge:
  • Multiple user profiles in different cities and cultures.
  • Remote collaborative work with stakeholders in 5 cities.
  • Different list of careers for each city.
  • Understanding the possibilities of CMS

Learning points:
  • Use of Design Thinking methodologies with more than 80 people in 5 different cities.
  • Improve design workshop methodologies to engage non digital stakeholders.
  • Atomic design application, to improve highly complex services cross platforms.




Corporate Software

For more than three years, under Usaria's Brand, I helped the process of digital transformation for the team of "Gestión Interactiva" at ARL Sura (Insurance company). My role was to support them in the implementation of UX and Service Design by enhancing their skills.​

Challenge:
-More than 100 functionalities with hybrid taxonomies.
-Highly complex web forms.
- Understanding interoperability between information systems.
-Several batch process to upload and download employee information.

Learning points:
- Deep understanding of the laboral insurance process.
- Capabilities to work with internal and external technology providers.
- Lean UX methods improvement on an agile environment.
- Improve knowledge transfer skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Mobile Apps

Most of the apps I have work with are private, my most recent work is for startups in UK but I can share it yet.
​I have experience designing interactions for iOS, Android and Hybrid. I also know the UX possibilities of Xamarin platform.

SERVICE DESIGN

I believe that the best way to do a Journey Map is by first doing user research. For the following journey map I interviewed over 10 people in sales and marketing roles to identify opportunities and obstacles in a self-service platform, so data can be transformed into business decisions in a simple way.
